Our International Structure
The ISACert head office is located in Ede, the Netherlands. Only the best auditors from all over the world perform inspections and audits for ISACert. Auditors are trained, checked and their methodologies harmonised by the head office in order to insure uniformity in their approach and focus.
We operate with the philosophy of “Think globally, act locally”. The minimum requirement to perform a professional audit is to understand the local language, legislation and culture. The ISACert head office makes certain that the methodologies of our auditors around the globe are harmonised and that they receive constant updates on relevant information, but its the local ISACert offices that work from this foundation to perform high quality audits in the country of the audited party.
ISACert is a network of local partners who share their identity, marketing and audit practices with the support strong uniform branding. We have longstanding relationships with all our ISACert partners and the ISACert structure continues to expand across the globe in order to deliver high quality audit and certification services carried out by native speaking auditors.
The review of audit reports and qualifications, and certification decisions are carried out online by qualified experts at the ISACert head office. Integrity and competence surveillance audits are carried out periodically by the ISACert head office to ensure that services are harmonised throughout the world.
ISACert supports all the market driven standards – standards that are defined by manufacturers, retailers, traders or suppliers, like BRC, IFS and GlobalGap – but we also provide system management certifications, like ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP.
We share our knowledge with standard owners and stakeholders, and we apply our knowledge when we participate in seminars and training sessions. We offer cost-effective terms for our audits and services and tailor our services to the specific needs of our individual customers.
When the market requirements so dictate, we try to help our auditees to combine several standards into a single audit event.
